01 — Agreement to Terms

02 — Digital Products

The Blueprint sells digital PDF products ("Products") via this website. All Products are delivered electronically upon successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Our Products include, but are not limited to:

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

03 — Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment is accepted via secure, third-party payment processors. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be fulfilled until payment has been successfully processed and confirmed.

We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. The Blueprint does not store your card or payment details directly on our servers. All payment data is handled by our third-party processors in accordance with their respective security standards.

04 — Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, your digital Product(s) will be made available for immediate download via a link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please ensure the email address you provide is correct. The Blueprint is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address entered at checkout.

If you have not received your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at info@theblueprint4u.com.

05 — Refund Policy

Because this is instant digital content, refunds are limited to cases of non-delivery, technical issues, or duplicate charges. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction after the product has been accessed. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you acknowledge that by accessing your download you waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period applicable to digital content.

We are committed to your satisfaction. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• You did not receive your download link and we are unable to resend it
• The file delivered was corrupt or inaccessible and we cannot resolve it
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to info@theblueprint4u.com with your order reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

06 — Ownership and Licence

All content on this Site and within our Products — including text, design, graphics, frameworks, and branding — is the intellectual property of The Blueprint and is protected by United Kingdom copyright law.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Product(s) for your own personal use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Product in whole or in part
• Sell, sublicence, or share the Product with any third party
• Upload the Product to any file-sharing platform or public location
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Product
• Use the Product for commercial training, coaching, or resale purposes

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. If you become aware of any unauthorised distribution of our Products, please report it to info@theblueprint4u.com.
